this is really easy, but super high in sodium per serving. most of the sodium is coming from the soup, so if you want to go with a fresher take, use fresh or canned tomatoes and the juice from the beans.

I don't know if any of you have tried the all natural green bean crisps from Trader Joe's, but this is a far cheaper alternative and is ultimately the same snack!

All natural beans dusted with salt and baked in the oven. What a concept! ;)

Romavocado Salad

This dish is DELISH. It was inspired by a craving I had, and I just went with it. It came out wonderful.

Don't be afraid of this salad's high fat content. It originates from the avocado and is, in fact, mostly monounsaturated fats. Fats that help raise good cholesterols that keep your arteries sparkling. Avocados are also a great source of natural omega-3 fatty acids that keep hair and skin healthy.
The olive oil in this recipe has very similar health benefits to the avocado.
The Roma tomato adds a rich red color to the salad which tells us it's carrying antioxidants through vitamins A and C. Romas also carry other heart-healthy nutrients such as Vitamin K and Potassium.
In moderation, feta is a wonderful source of riboflavin, protein, calcium, phosphorus and Vitamin B12.

So, go on! Make this salad and tell me you don't love it!
