This is a revised crepe recipe. Appears to be less carbs and pretty low fat, I think. Could make protein higher by using egg whites instead.

chocolate cake made in microwave...mine took 2minutes...not bad, but next time I will not add coconut or sunflower seeds.

Banana HCG Pancake

Recipe I found did not have flax or almond flour, but I thought a little texture would be good. I did not have almond flour, so I ground up a handful of almonds in the coffee grinder...worked fine. Could use a food processor for larger quantities.

Real Simple Magazine Creamy Broccoli Soup

Used a yam instead of a white russet potato as asked. Also substituted 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese instead of 1/2 cup cheddar.

Filipino Chicken Adobo, easy crock pot dinner.

French Herb Vinaigrette

Mix all together, 1 TBS serving size

Middle East whitefish with tomatoes and garlic

Middle East, easy dish.

Recipe called for 4 pieces of fish, but I only needed 3 servings, the only difference in recipe is I only cooked 3 instead of 4, everything else the same.

Tiffany's Hamburgers

I used a 1/2 cup measuring cup to make sure each patty was about 4oz, which is a stanard serving size and/or 1/4lb burger. I plan to eat mine bun-less for less carbs.
