Great recipe for those salty / crispy snack cravings!
We always get tons of zucchini from the garden, and shred it for storage. So, we always are looking for new ways to make it. This recipe is very versatile - use whatever you have on hand! We leave out the jalapenos some times, add sausage sometimes - it just depends on what you have on hand! I classified this as vegetarian because there was no other good options
