I found this recipe on mommyskitchen.net, however I made some subsitutions to make it lower calorie.

10 WW points per serving and so good for a dinner meal!

Banana Waffles

Recipe adapted from Prevention "Pumpkin Waffles." I used pureed banana instead of pumpkin, quartered the recipe, and used half white/half whole wheat flour. They turned out yummy!

Sweet Teriyaki Turkey Burgers

Adapted from a recipe by Dole using pineapple slices. I didn't have a can opener (long story as to why), so I substituted applesauce. Turned out great

I served them with Garlic and Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and mixed vegetables. I made this recipe for a girls night with some friends and it was a big hit!

Homemade Strawberry and Raspberry Pop Tarts

Tuna Burgers- using canned tuna

I found this recipe on allrecipes.com... I substituted light Miracle Whip for regular mayonnaise, which along with ketchup and other seasonings gave this a nice tangy flavor... Excellent cheap meal!

Black Bean Taco Filling

I love this recipe because it is very versatile. You can use it in taco shells (soft or crispy), a top a salad, or along side some rice. It is delicious and really doesn't need cheese, salsa, or sour cream, but these can be added if you choose! I adapted this from the Better Homes and Gardens Meatless Tacos recipe.

Hazelnut Whole Wheat French Toast

Adding 1 Tbsp of Fat Free Hazelnut coffee creamer makes this an extra special treat in the AM!

Strawbanilla yogurt smoothie

Fresh strawberries, 1/2 a banana, vanilla yogurt blended with some ice... delicious!

Basic Tuna Salad

This is a very basic tuna salad recipe that I learned while working in the industrial cafeteria at my university's student union. I always loved their tuna salad and found out that the secret is lemon juice (about 1 tbsp... I put 2 fl. oz.'s in the ingredients, but didn't know how to translate that it's really about 1 tbsp or less) and a dash of pepper (season to taste). It's not really going to re-create tuna salad, but if your's seems to be missing something this recipe is worth a try!

Homemade Cafe Mocha

Adds a nice treat to my morning coffee. I generally use decaf coffee because caffeine makes me a little jittery, but I use regular on the weekends and they both taste delicious and yummy!

Spicy Chocolate Pumpkin Cake w/Butter Cream Frosting

To make this cake extra special for fall or Halloween, you can add red and yellow food coloring to the frosting, use a green ice cream cone for the stem to make it look like a pumpkin.
