Great chilly fall comfort food!
Great St Patrick's Day starter or meal soup! Add Irish soda bread to finish off.
This is a great fall soup that you can have waiting for you when you get home from a long day. Placed in a small sourdough bread bowl it makes a great complete meal.
I don't like the cheese in my omelet but you can certainly include it if you want. I prefer to sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan on top or even mozzarella.
This isn't your ordinary potatoes and mild onion soup! The Yukon potato gives this soup a buttery flavor while the garlic and pepper give it a mild kick.
Perfect for the Thanksgiving Turkey but also really great with yogurt or oatmeal.
This is one of my favorite dishes to make and I have enjoyed making it even healthier by substituting some ingredients for flavor packed healthier ones.
Perfect for eating warm or cold by itself, but great in oatmeal, on Potato Latkes, Pork chops and more.
This recipe is really easy and only uses fresh ingredients. Anyone can make it and it makes a great addition to any summer BBQ or Mexican cuisine. Really good on turkey burgers or grilled chicken!
