If you do a large chop on all the veggies in this recipe you can use this as a salad. If you do a small chop you can use this as a dip or salsa!
This ia a Hungarian dish that my Grandfather taught me to make when I was a child. To make this dish healthier, use turkey bacon and olive oil to saute and brown.
Makes 5, one cup servings. Serve over brown rice.
A fresh, raw alternative to cooked cranberry sauce.
