Do not substitute yogurt for heavy cream.
Only saves 20 calories and although it does save on fat, it increases the sodium. Not a viable change.
This is the original Juniors Cheesecake as made by my dad who worked 20 years for Juniors Famous Restaurant in Brooklyn, NY.
Variation on the recipe found at:
www.ifood.tv/recipe/cottag
e_cheese_cheesecake
- I reversed the cream cheese and cottage cheese amounts, I used light yogurt instead of light cream or milk and potato starch instead of flour and 2 TBL Splenda Sugar-Blend - mixed with 1/2 Cup Splenda.
...from Healthy Cooking Magazine
we changed the serving size to 12 portions, the magazine said 24 - way tiny!
I changed the milk to yogurt and used 1/2 Cup sugar substitute, 2 TBL Splenda Sugar-blend.
I have omitted the graham cracker crust.
I do use oil or margarine in my skillet. The easiest instructions I found are here:

like a pancake - only "poorer"
I had to edit the flour because whoever entered the Best Choice didn't list the right calories. Sorry.
OMG!! Watch the Sodium!!
I make these because while I don't like meatloaf, I find I can digest these easier than plain hamburgers.
This is just me experimenting with my whole wheat flour. Next I will try half whole wheat.
Wanted to try with eggnog!
This is basic white bread recipe where I just substituted eggnog for the water or milk.
Just a variation on the cream cheese bread using eggnog as the liquid

Not a diet bread. This is my DH's favorite bread.
Paul Probetsky - Junior's Restaurant Rugalach Dough aka Rugelach Dough
Dough needs to be refrigerated before rolling and using "fill", then roll up jelly-roll style. Cut into 1" pieces and bake.
We raise our own tomatoes and I was going to have just the tomatoes in the oil & vinegar but decided to add celery and cook. Looking at my Nutrition Tracker I needed to add calories and protein. I thought, why not add a can of tuna and some homemade broth. Well, I liked it! And boy is it filling plus adds protein and about 4 veggies if each tomato counts as 1.
