I see so many delicious varities of this. You can even take your basil and sundried tomatoe and make a nice
Pesto sauce. I like to grill my chicken. And cut it in thin strips. And place my sundried tomatoe/feta cheese mixture on top with a drizzle of balsamic vinegrette. And eat is as an Appetizer or over a bed of baby greens. I am even thinking of eating this in
a whole wheat wrap or even a crossiant,but I have not tried it that way as of yet,but you cna always get creative with this.
Just a simple meal to throw on the grill in a short time.
I like mixing Asian ingredients with Italian.
But you can use what you like as a varation.
A simple Delicious and Healthy Smoothie you can have for Breakfast or for a Mid Afternoon Snack.
You can use any brand name of Kefir,but I like the Lifeway Brand, which can be found at most grocery stores. They have a wonderful selection of flavors.
I like to use many flavors and usually improvis with what is in my pantry on a given day.
