Yummy sauteed vegetables that go great on chicken, burgers, or hot dogs!
This is a great way to make spaghetti sauce and make it lower in calories by adding more vegetables.
I have to admit that this has kind of a high calorie count, but if you don't mind that....You'll see that they are delicious!!! You can modify some of the ingredients to make it lower fat such as: replace oil with applesauce, replace all purpose flour with whole wheat, and use all natural or low calorie peanut butter.
