Lentil and Tuna Salad (Dressing recipe included)

Fresh summery salad, without the bulk, and has a decent amount of protein, iron, and water-rich vegetables to keep you active for a few hours. As well, there is a mix of flavors and textures to entice your palate.

"Beat It"- Juicer or VitaMix

Run each ingredient through a juicer. You have to get used to the taste. It is a green drink, or should I say magenta, but it has a high amount of vitamins and minerals, so after drinking a few sips you start to feel nourished again.
