Very basic, but very yummy cheesecake! There is no crust, but if you want to add it in, just put 1/4 cup melted butter with 1 cup of crushed graham crackers and it's only 50 more calories! Enjoy!! :D
Don't be fooled by the name because this is really delicious! Instead of mashed potatoes on top, it is topped with faux potatoes (mashed cauliflower!) Make this up and you're family will be licking the dish!
