A great hearty soup.
Side dish or main meal depending how you serve it.
The dry ingredients can be put together and stored. Then just heat broth and add dry contents.
This is a modified version of the traditional salad.
Dissolve salt in water in blender or food processer. Add lecithin then remaining ingredients. Process med-high to high, till well blended and smooth. Scrape sides if needed. Put in four 8 oz. or two 16 oz. containers, refigerate.
The original recipe came from Healthy Kosher Cooking but I have modified it by adding the flax oil.
