I adapated this from a recipe that I found on here a while back. That recipe was just chicken breast and soup, and I added much more than those ingrediants to make it a fuller meal, with more flavor.
You *can* reduce the sodium in the recipe by using diced tomatos with *no salt* added. You can also reduce the sodium by useing low sodium versions of the canned soups. I used what was on hand.
