1/2 c. crab, imatation, shreded
1c. low fat vanilla yogurt
11 baby carrots,shreaded
2 c. cabbage,shreaded
1 stalk celery, shreaded
1 small sweet onoin, shreaded
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
Mix all ingredients well and serve with Bagel Crisps.
serving size 1/2 c. salad and 6 Bagel Crisp
Try these surprizing brownies.
If you never tried baked fish try this it may just turn you on to something new.
Good hearty soup for a large family or a gathering.
