New for the family, wanted a different kind of cookie. We all love the store bought kind.
This is great if you have left over ham to add to it, add any veggie you would like and some heat to it if that is what you like

This is one of my husbands favorites... it is his valentines, so I wanted to know how many calories/fat, etc.
We took the strawberry cake mix and added 12 oz. of diet sprite and made mini cup cakes and topped it with strawberry frosting
NOT a great 'diet' dish.. but it is my Dad's birthday.. so I wanted to make him a new dish, and we wanted to know how many calories.. we will be eating cereal for breakfast and lunch! :-)
This is the quick and easy version of my salad with less mayo and it is light
My husband likes it spicy and I don't. So he cooks this up and splits the batch towards the end and adds heat to his and leaves mine alone.
Not low fat.. but I wanted to track how much calories were in a receipe
This is great with fresh apples or applesauce, adjust the calculator depending on how you like it
Feel free to kick it up a notch and add spicy seasonings or salsa instead of mild
Great dressing for a fresh spinach salad with mushrooms, bacon and hard boiled eggs

It is never quite the same each time... it was hard for me to give actual measurements for the ingrediants
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 cup butter, softened
1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
4 4 ounce Fillets
The base for this is all veggies with the cheese and non-fat milk added in afterwards
