To make it for just 2 only bake 5 biscuits and freeze Half of the Sausage/Gravy for another time.
Serves 8 (1 piece each)
Oven fried boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Nutrition calculated to reflect the extra ingredients needed in order to have enough mixture to coat the chicken. I calculated that about 1/2 of the mixtures are left over.

I've tried to update this recipe. My mother made this for us in my childhood with sugar instead of Splenda. She also used our own goat's milk. At that time I was responsible for several chores. I milked and cared for our goats and I helped Dad chop and store the wood for our wood burning stove. The original recipe was a much needed fuel for that kind of activity. Not so anymore. I can't remember the last time a gallon of milk ran away from me when I tried to open it! LOL!

This is my version of Skinner Classic Lasagna
Serve hot over biscuits or bread.
Very good the first day served with Cheddar Cheese.
Awesome the second day over spaghetti to make Chili Mac.
