Banana Bread

Not sure what to do with the old bananas. Here is a Yummy banana bread!

NOTE: This makes 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inches, or 1 loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.

You can swap out sugar with Agave and use wheat flour. This will drop calories some. I tend to cut down on the sugar in general.

My last batch I used some spelt and teff flour and soft
white wheat. It was YUMMY. You can not tell the difference but getting a complete protein is wonderful.
