I tweaked this Taste of Home recipe for the taste of my family. I used Swanson Chicken Broth for the nutrition info.
A Girl Scout that I revamped to make it healthier. A good recipe to play with and tweek for your personal tastes. A wonderful camping meal because you can eat directly from the foil.
This a biggest loser recipe that I adapted to what I had in the kitchen. I only counted a 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs because I threw away 3/4 cup of the bread crumb mixture. This would make good chicken nuggets, it was a big hit with my kids. I counted as 8 servings because the chicken breasts I had were extremely large. A very good replacement for Shake and Bake, but healthier.
I needed a low fat low sodium spaghetti dinner for my family, my husband has high blood pressure. I got in the kitchen and revamped the spaghetti sauce I have always fixed and this is what I came up with. My kids couldn't tell the difference.
