I wanted to jazz up my Quinoa and decided Curry would do the trick - the rest was inspiration and it turned out super yummy. Easy to make and you can add anything you wish :)
I got this recipe a few years ago and wow the chicken is amazing. My hubby has me make it for friends when they visit - must on the bbq
This is great to marinate for 10 minutes than put on the bbq.
I cook them on the gril individually maybe 2 minutes each.
Nice to cut up and put in a salad for kick or to eat along with a piece of Salmon
