If you miss Crab Rangoon, this is a yummy lowfat version. This is more crab filled than cream cheese, but still very creamy and tasty.
My husband prefers his food a little less spicy than I do, so I adapted my normal chicken casserole recipe to suit both of us. It's also lower in fat than my original recipe.
I made these into three giant hamburgers, but it could easily be made into four burgers. I added the cheese in the turkey rather than put it on top afterwards. My family is a fan of garlic, so you may want to cut back if you are not a garlic fan. One other change I might make is using 93/7 next time.
