joyce3869 Rhubarb Pie 1cup rhubarb, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, 3tbs. flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbs. butter, 1 pillsbury pie shell. peel rhubarb cut into 1 in pices, put into pie shell, mix ingredients together put in pie. top pie shell cut small slits on top . bake @ 425 for 40-50 mins
