For those who require a gluten free alternative, we love this one in our house, never get leftovers for the next day on this one!
Holiday favorite, way too high in calories from sugar and fat though.
An old family favorite with a gluten free twist. (Tim is a cousin who would eat these all day every day if he could) I added the Xantham Gum to help them rise and if you cut sugar in half, they taste like pan bread, great for sandwiches.
Delicious way to serve liver
A household favorite, I never bring leftovers when we take this to parties.
1 protein serving, 1 vegetable, 1 starch and 1 fat.
