Same basic recipe as the pumpkin muffins but with a few changes.
Recipe based on Rachael Ray's corn pancake recipe. Makes approximately 15 4" pancakes.
These are wonderful, moist crab cakes
This makes a nice gluten free pizza crust. I followed the instructions using water instead of milk.
