Super delicious and super healthy! I doubled the amount of veggies used in the original recipe and halved the amount of pasta. I find the dish is still wonderful and I don't notice a lack of pasta at all.
To take out some of this kick, lessen or leave out the cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce.
