This is a luxurious satay that is definitely for special occasions. I manage to eat this and still stick to my daily calories but if you want to slim it down further, follow the "Tips" if you want to slim it way down and add in some major veggie portions!
This soup is wonderfully warming, very very filling and full of nutrients. The almonds keep you fuller for longer and provide high amounts of good fats. This is my own recipe that has been tweaked over the years.
This curry is so tasty and only has 267 calories! It is filling and mild but warming.
This is definitely NOT diet food, but I always make them for friends' birthday and have one myself so as I was putting these on so I can track them I thought I would share them with you. They really are great - they look amazing and they always go down well! The long prep time is because the cakes have to cool completely before you can ice them.

This recipe is per basa fillet. It is a lovely, light dish and the calories are actually slightly overestimated as the majority of the butter/margerine is not eaten. This dish is very low in fat and carbs and high in protein.
