Another Rachel Ray inspired recipe.
Basically inspired by Rachel Ray, this recipe uses barley instead of noodles and chicken base for the stock. You can substitute a low sodium base or chicken stock.
This is inspired by a Jamie Oliver recipe.
Low in calories, but definitely great in taste and quite filling. I've left out the traditional potatoes for this one.
Easy to make and quite satisfying.
I had a ham bone in the freezer that needed to be utilized, so I came up with this soup from the ingredients I had on hand.
I want more control in what I eat, and have discovered that making homemade whole wheat tortillas is not that hard.
