This is my usual meatloaf recepie
This will warm you up and satisfy your tummy for a long time. Great cold day food. For the calories, there is a wealth of nutrition.
Serving size is half the pot. Enjoy.
Here is a party receipe that freezes well and then microwaves great for your lunch. It can stand alone as a meal or be a side dish. This is a huge receipe, you may considering halfing it, but I like to cook it up and freeze it when I get the vegetables. I don't add any salt because I seem to be getting too much (according to my nutritional tracer) but soy sauce can be added later too.
1 serving is 1 cup, and this should make 10 cups.
I made this so I could increase my iron and calcium intake.
