Recipe from bottle, minus olives. Before anyone freaks out--the oil on the recipe is 1/2 C--but you have 1/4 C leftover, so I only calculated 1/4 cup into the recipe.
Zesty and delicious--cut the fat by draining your meat and wiping the pan with a paper towel to absorb fat while it cooks.
IT's easy anyway, but this one omits the alcohol...yogurt cheese is all my lactose intolerant fiance tolerates, so I used it here. Feel free to use any other cheese--and it is really good with grated romano & parmesan.
Whatever I had that sounded good went into this fritatta--loaded with veggies, smoky bacon, delicious cheese--fabulous!

Delicious low-fat version full of flavor. Serve over hot 4 oz. dry vermicelli , cooked according to directions and mixed with 1 T butter, and 3 T parmesan cheese.
