Recipes I've Shared:
Reasonable portions (thick, 4 x 2.5 x 1.5 in slice) of a creamy quiche that you can use any vegetable with.
Thick, reasonable slices of banana bread (not dinky pieces to make the calories less). Best if using bananas that are slightly past perfect eating ripeness.
Delicious "light" pancakes from Cooking light magazine. I'm leaving out the 3 tablespoons of sugar because pancakes don't need sugar, that's what maple syrup is for!
Moist, low-cal scones that don't actually taste that much like pumpkin, so don't let the name scare you off. You could easily add fruit to this recipe to make it sweeter or leave out the sugar and add some cheese and you have a savory scone! (originally pumpkin-parmesan scones from cooking light magazine, tweaked to be sweet)
This sweet and very mildly tangy shrimp recipe is easy and is very low cal (even though the recipe says it's 180 calories per serving, which is about 10 shrimp, everything but the shrimp in this recipe is part of the marinade and burns off on the grill, leaving you with less than 10 calories per shrimp).
This casserole is protein-packed and calorie light, as well as filling and delicious.
