Egg, fresh, 2 large
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Sweet peppers (bell), .5 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices

Squash & Zucchinni casserole

caramelize onions in the oil, place in the bottom of a pan and then put the squash and zucchinni on top. Top all with Parmesan cheese. Cook on 400 for 20 min.
