A yummy, eggy breakfast casserole with a southern twist. I haven't played with making this lower-fat yet. I welcome recommendations.
This more healthful tuna salad uses cottage cheese and a little bit of Mayo instead of plain yogurt. It still keeps the fat down but without the yogurt tang. The cottage cheese curds make it look a little funny, but it tastes fabulous!
use up your leftover salmon and mashed potatoes--use however much you have and adjust the bread crumbs accordingly.
This Quiche makes its own crust, so it is super quick and easy to put together. I like to add vegetables--broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, whatever we have on hand--but this recipe just includes the basics.
A hearty and mouth-filling bread. Doesn't require additional gluten. The secret to the great texture it letting it rise twice before panning.
It actually tastes good! (Unless you can't stand the texture of protein powder.)
My dad spent decades perfecting this recipe. It is a huge family favorite
