No Sugar, pretty good! Next time I won't bother toasting the oats and coconut. I think applesauce will be a good substitute for banana - maybe try this as a base for blueberry also w/o the PB

Spaghetti Squash, 1 squash
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 162 grams
*Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 15 oz container
*Eggland's Best Large Egg, 1 serving
*Kraft grated parmesean cheese, 1/2 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
*McCormick Italian Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
*Prego 100% Natural Italian Sauce - Traditional 1 jar
Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Basil, .5 tsp
Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
Modified from allrecipes.com - "Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert, which translates as 'cooked cream'. This lower calorie version uses creamy avocado for a silky texture and beautiful pale green color. Put mixture in individual molds, or pour into pretty serving dishes. The taste is rich but the calories are few. Garnish with a sprig of basil or mint or some partially thawed frozen raspberries."
Cook and squeeze dry spinach, combine all ingredients in a glass bowl, cover and microwave til done.
I used 1/3 cup Splenda then used the conversion tool to come up with tsp. Also minute tapioca0.19 cup = 1/3 cup.
