Fresh & easy - with endless variations! Very yummy! This recipe came from Vegetarian Times; I've made a few changes.
DELICIOUS , nutritious, healthy & hearty change of pace dish. Serve over brown rice.
I got this recipe from Lorna Sass - it's great when cauliflower is in season! I cooked mine a little longer to make it more of a side dish. Do less time in the microwave if you want it crunchier. M
This salad is from the Parsley Thief - it's BEAUTFUL (the orzo turns pink!) and delicious! I like to add chopped toasted almonds instead of pine nuts. Use a red onion (I couldn't find it on the food search).
Delicious, nutritious, and unique! This recipe is from Dr. Oz's "You on a Diet" book.
Delicious with a little added pasta (spaghetti noodles, broken & cooked - or orzo) and fresh parmesan cheese
My daughter made this soup on Christmas eve with a crusty bread and it was so delicious! The red wine/mustard adds a wonderful flavor.
This makes a great meal paired with a small portion of protein!
This is delicious! The lemon peel adds so much! It makes a great summer dish, and it keeps beautifully.
Great summer pasta dish! I doubled it for a big family lunch gathering and it served 16!
a yummy brunch dish!
Just fixed this for Father's Day brunch and it was a big hit!
These are yummy - the chipotle mayo is the secret ingredient! I also think, after making this recipe, that you could get at least 5 burgers. (I also added some red onion - and half an egg to help it hold together better.)
A great dish for a brunch, or make it for a family dinner. You can cut servings and freeze them!
I had this dish today at a friend's and it was great! Had to check the nutritional stats when I got home and they aren't too bad. A fun & different brunch dish! It would be easy, I think, to make it lower calorie.
