Not the healthiest food, but could definately be made a little healthier, with fat free cream cheese or ground turkey. I thought I would give it a try and my family loved it. Didn't even mind the whole wheat pasta in it.
This is an aim at a low sodium spanish rice. Most all of the sodium comes from the taco seasoning, so a variation there can lower it more.
Something I threw together looking for low calorie, low sodium with lots of flavor.
This recipe is a pretty standard recipe for chicken legs created in the oven. I've calculated it out to a single serving since this is something that is easily made larger.
