Flaky and delicious. Perfect balance for a low-fat soup.
A perfect balance of sweet and savory, crunchy and soft, delicious and healthy. Not low-fat but high healthy fat. Leave out the olive oil if you wish and it will still taste luscious.
Ginger and coriander more than make up for the lack of oil.
Easy, healthy, and delicious! Make it vegan by using margarine instead of butter.
Dill relish adds tons of moisture and flavor.
