Recipe from the "Best of Pillsbury" Cookbook. Basic recipe also calls for 1/2 tsp salt, which I left out to reduce sodium. I switched flour tortillas to wheat. Also good with beef or shrimp.
This is a long-time recipe from an old Pillsbury Cookbook that I modified to reduce the sodium.
I used one of the sweet potato fries recipe on the site but left out the salt due to a low-sodium diet.
