This was my mother in laws recipe and it is just such a great side dish. It's great to use with leftover rice. I prefer basmati, but you could use jasmine too.
This pita sandwich is so satisfying and pretty healthy too!
This is a great Thanksgiving or Christmas recipe. Good for breakfast or dessert
Almond butter is so expensive so I decided to make my own. I like to add flax for extra nutrition. You could also add honey if you prefer a sweeter butter or salt if you like to. I prefer it natural myself. This particular recipe doesn't make a whole lot, so you can always double or triple. Also, you can add more olive oil if too dry.
used left over broccoli
I love to dip carrot & celery sticks in this hummus, good with crackers too!
Easy to make and tastes so good!
So easy and so yummy, we make it at least once a week. It even tastes delicious the next day cold.
