This vegan dessert takes Paleo Pistachio pudding and makes it into a classy party treat (although not technically Paleo anymore).
Super easy, hardly no prep. *Does require a special pan or some creativity.
Great addition to brunch
No eggs, no milk? No problem.
Creamy and hearty experiment.
Great for colds or just cold nights
Open to suggestions on how to tweak this. Great before or after a morning workout!
I have made this basic recipe with gluten or vegan substitutions. It converts easily, but I prefer the texture the egg and some real butter give it, if you don't have those restrictions.
Half Turkey, Half Beef patties with enough flavor, you won't miss the cheese, buttered buns, and sauces.
Meat, zucchini, and mushroom lasagna
Soft, spicy, and just sweet enough. Can be make as bread too.
Deliciously sweet and chewy. Not terribly low-cal, but very low in fat.
Refreshing and satisfying. A flavorful and low-fat tuna salad
Tender meat with a mediterranean flair. Yum.
A quick and easy quesadilla that won't wreck your diet. Needs some tweaking though.
Just one of millions of possibilities with stir fries.
I love Shepard's pie at Irish Pub's, but admit I've never actually made the real thing. This was a quick-fix recipe when my family wanted something different one night. Maybe not very authentic, but easy and flavorful. A complete meal in 2 pans and less than 30 minutes. Enjoy.
A light and nutritious full meal. Can easily leave out the ham to make it vegan, or try substituting feta cheese for a vegetarian option.
Bison, Pasta, everything else you happen to have on hand. How can you go wrong?
Quick and easy main dish.
Just one of many ways to make fried rice
Serves 2, full meal.
Great homemade energy bars with a lot of potential to be customized. Try fresh coconut, almond butter, and raisins or cranberries instead of chocolate chips to shave some fat off. If you like them more crunchy, you can use maple syrup instead of honey, but I prefer them slightly chewy. Cut all and wrap individually in plastic wrap for quick on-the-go food all week, that even the kids will eat.
This is originally a vegan recipe that we have altered a bit to include Quinoa, giving the pancakes a slight nutty flavor, and using real milk.
