low calorie mix...1tbsp chilli powder,1 tsp paprika,1 tsp,minced garlic,1 tsp, oregano,1/2 tsp. celery salt,1/4 tsp pepper,3/4 cup whole kasha(uncooked)...found recipe on box.
Mix all ingredients together. scoop into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. Mix together 1t sugar and 1/4 t cinnamon. Sprinkle over tops of muffins. Makes 6 extra large or 12 regular.
