Haluski - Potato

This is one of my Baba's recipes. It is was often called "The Poor Man's Supper" It is a Slovak version of Haluski and is made with potatoes not noodles.

Just add some chicken or tuna and you have a meal

Tuna and Avacado Wrap

One of my favorite lunches. I usually add a peice of fruit as a sweet treat or forget the wrap and add more spinach to make a great salad.

Waiting on the Back Burner

No time at all Since I am out of town a lot, any recipes that take little or no time in the kitchen for prep and thought are listed here.

Needs some tweaking These are some of the recipes that I have tried. I found that they need a few adjustments (increase the protein, modify the spices etc) Overall, will definately attempt these again!
