Healing Chicken Soup

A great mainstay for getting well or cleansing. This form will only accept cooking time in minutes, but I simmer for 8-12 hours at least. This soup was my turning point fighting bad cold/flu bugs a couple of times. You can also divide pot and for heftier or non-dieting appetites, add dumplings or noodles. Helps you stay on lighter goal while feeding hungry family.
