There's no fish in this recipe. It's a great alternative to tuna salad. Feel free to sub out the bell pepper for celery for a more traditional recipe, I just don't like celery in my salads.
Who says vegetarian's don't get enough protein? This breakfast packs 10g per serving. Delicious for leftovers as well!
