A very tasty dish to go with any meal.
(*1) you can use virtually any squash. I prefer the Butternut.
(* 2) in place of wheat germ can use unpolished Rice or Flour.
Flop proof tuna tart
Goes well with salads or on its own. For those who like it a bit spicey add a diced yellow or red pepper.
