This was my grandma's recipe that was wonderful for breakfast! Good amount of fiber and tastes great! I tweaked it a bit in substituting half w/w flour and half white flour. Also substituting half sugar and half splenda.
**Unused Batter will keep in refrig for up to a month!
Delicious and healthy bran muffins! Great for breakfast or a snack. Can also add 1 cup of mashed banana
