Yummy and packed full of nutrients - calories/macros can easily be adjusted with simple substitutions!
This recipe was adapted from the salad-in-a-jar website for pull apart rolls - I use it for everything - pizza dough, pita dough, cinnamon rolls, garlic knots, hamburger buns and more. This bread can do so much! And it is easy to substitute ingredients with wonderful results - I have used honey and yogurt in place of the sugar and some milk, I have used oil instead of butter, added herbs and spices - this dough can do almost every thing.

Extremely easy and quick pizza crust - exceptionally tasty when using garlic infused olive oil or adding fresh garlic or garlic powder to the dough before you make it!
Pizza flavor, high in protein, low in fat and overall calories. Can be scrambled, made like an omelet or baked like a frittata
I know how it sounds... but this makes a generous bowl full of fruit and the dressing adds an unexpected layer of flavor - the tang of the dressing brings out the sweetness of the fruit even more and makes it shine!
Makes enough for 12 tacos! Recipe calculated on 3 tacos (not included in count) per serving
I needed to find a flavorful but low fat/low cal dressing to replace my beloved ranch...
I wanted a good filling breakfast without all the saturated fat and calories and junk... if you want to reduce the fat even further take out the laughing cow cheese and use egg beaters instead!
Can be made spicier or less spicy - just adjust to your tastes! I made this going through my cupboard looking for something a little different.
