My simple curry recipe
This is the roux I make for my curries. You can use any curry mix, or mix of curries, my favorite is a mix I get from a local indian grocery store. You can pick up a jar at asian supermarkets, or online.
A good way to use leftover broiled chicken.
Pretty, nutritous and delicious orange carrot rice.
You can adjust the veggies to anything you want really, but basics are onion, carrot, and frozen peas after that anything u want to add in is up to you, this is just what I had in my fridge sor leftovers.
This is my dumpling sauce, you can add garlic or ginger to get a more authentic taste, but I just love the vinegary taste!
