This is a family favorite! I found a recipe with butter and chicken stock, and have amended it to be 100% vegan - and lower in fat! I usually prefer to cook on the stove, but this recipe has been adapted for those who don't have hours to stand over the stove cooking. It tastes incredibly rich and decadent, but is actually very healthy!
Will satisfy your pizza cravings...and tastes amazing, especially when the tomato and basil come straight from your garden!
This one is gluten-free, made with a light sauce and lots of veggies! Will definitely satisfy your pizza craving!
This is a simple, delicious, nutritious breakfast/dessert/snack. Nutritional info is with vanilla, but when I'm craving chocolate I use the chocolate-flavored Greek yogurt for a really decadent-tasting treat!
Very similar to a lasagna/eggplant parmesan, but much fresher and healthier! Can cut down on cheese, or change up the dressing for your own tastes.

The original recipe made 4 burger patties - I ended up with 5 altogether. Nutritional info for 5 patties - if you only get 4 patties, then each one would be 1.25 servings.

I found the original recipe online, and modified to be healthier! Reduced butter and sugar, replaced sugar in cream cheese with honey, halved servings sizes. Delicious, and satisfying without the guilt!

A friend served this raw stuffing wrapped in romaine leaves, and it was DELICIOUS! I'm not going to just save this one for Thanksgiving!
