One of my favorite holiday cookies! I cut the recipe in half, for convenience. Enjoy!
One of my favorite holiday cookies! I've cut the recipe in half, since the original recipe made a lot of cookies!
This is a family favorite! I found a recipe with butter and chicken stock, and have amended it to be 100% vegan - and lower in fat! I usually prefer to cook on the stove, but this recipe has been adapted for those who don't have hours to stand over the stove cooking. It tastes incredibly rich and decadent, but is actually very healthy!

Very similar to a lasagna/eggplant parmesan, but much fresher and healthier! Can cut down on cheese, or change up the dressing for your own tastes.
This was a really basic recipe I created when I made stuffed peppers and had quite a bit of quinoa-salsa-cheese left over.
This recipe is from Joulebody - I found it here: http://www.spaweekblog.com/2012/08/10/spa-
The original recipe made 4 burger patties - I ended up with 5 altogether. Nutritional info for 5 patties - if you only get 4 patties, then each one would be 1.25 servings.
One of my favorite summertime lunches, stuffed inside a pita pocket with some lettuce or spinach!
Natural textured vegetarian protein added fools even the most picky eaters into thinking this chili has meat in it!
From Choosing Raw, modified with ingredients I have on hand!
I made this for a community garden party...and didn't have any to take home! Obviously delicious!
