Date Oatmeal Snack bars from Whole Foods

Each bar has 2.6 g fiber and 3 g protein, and only about 100 calories

Whole Wheat low fat muffins

These are an adaptation of a recipe already on here. I have changed a few things. These are fairly dense but moist and satisfying. Not too sweet and 5 1/2 grams of fiber each. Just the way I like them!

My Hearty Vegetable Soup

This can be tweaked by added other kinds of vegetables.
This is a thick and hearty soup.

CEREAL BARS

Melt peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar in a heavy saucepan. Just bring to a gentle bubble. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Put in 9X9 or 8X8 inch pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with non stick coating. Press down. Let cool down and bit and turn onto cutting board and cut into squares.
