This is a delicious low fat meal that is very tasty and filling. This makes a large batch so will serve you for a few meals. And it goes even further if you serve it over whole wheat pasta. It also freezes well so you can have a fast meal when you don't feel like cooking.
Even if you don't like fish, you'll like this fish dish! You can also substitute other fish like tilapia, cod or haddock.
Don't be tempted to use something other than butter...a little goes a long way and it's what provides a crispy crunch to the finished product.
You'll just have to trust me on this...the Sambuca makes this sauce sing! And because it's already very low in calories, it's worth it for the extra flavour boost!
I used to order this at a restaurant that is now long gone, but before they closed, the owner finally gave up his secret ingredient...now all of you have it too!

Delicious baked potatoes with herbs
Canned salmon with dill makes a great low fat sandwich when made this way. Make them open-faced for even fewer calories.
A delicious seven grain bread for a bread machine.
