Spiced pears make a nice addition to this salad
Our favorite vegan version of an oil free veggie burger. Delicious served with sliced tomato, onions, lettuce and ketchup on toasted whole grain bread. Leftovers can be heated in the microwave but these burgers are even good as a cold sandwich for lunch.
